Who is hiring students part time in philadelphia, pa?

I've been trying most of the summer to get a job but realistically, it's unlikely that any 'summer jobs' are left. So instead I'm looking for regular part-time work immediately. I'm seventeen with working papers etc. Preferrably not fast food but whatever works.
