I like both.

I mean, the Spice Girls were all about Girl Power. And Posh (esp. in the Holler vid) is a stunning woman.

Then you have the Pussycat Dolls. They are all about girls having fun and being s**y. They kinda build upon the girl power, but in a sexier way.

That being said, the Spice Girls did "Holler", which was an incredibly s**y song and video, but the Pussycat Dolls have "Buttons". It doesn't get much sexier than that song and vid. So I got go with PCD for the hottest.
