Both are animals.Both are harmful in some ways.Man loves the earth but he also destroys it to make advancements to both of them because the other animal if left alone,can't do anything even for his own survival!!

i would say animals because they stay in the ecology and donot harm it. Man being the intelligent  by brain invented several good things for the use of mankind but very harshly it is harming our ecology  and due to this even the animals r affected
