  1. I think its a cool idea, and I think the market is definately out there for a competitively priced board with customized graphics.

I personally am much more interested in how a board rides then how it looks.  Looks have never played a very big role when I pick out my boards.  If the board I want happens to look good, I just consider it a pretty cool bonus.

  2. customized cause then you look like a pro!

  3. There have been many questions asking where you can get a custom topsheet... the people are out there.  Snowboarders tend to be a fairly individualistic bunch - hence the desire for something different - and the backlash against the almighty Burton...  so I think if the cost for a custom topsheet wasn't too high, people would go for it.

On the other hand there are those who identify themselves by what they ride (both the pro-Burton and anti-Burton people).  They care more that others recognize what deck they are on than how it performs or how they ride.  I don't know many of these... I know more people who sticker up their deck to make it personal.

As far as blank topsheets... if you offer customization, blank should be the cheapest option.

  4. If it rides well, and is cheap, I'd take one.  I don't mind if you put a design on the bottom, like your initials and a small design as long as it doesn't look bad.  But I think I'd be interested if it's a good all-mountain deck.  A blank topsheet is fine for me.  I'll get stickers and die-cuts for it.

Customized...hm...I think I'd rather do it myself.  If it rode well, was pretty cheap, and you put a cool looking design on the topsheet, maybe I would too.
