My grandad died recently, and I had a dream last night about him. In it, he said something that sounded like,

Who dat up der sayin Who dat down der?

(Who's that up there saying Who's that down there?)

This brought back a memory I have of him... does anyone know where this is from?

It does sound like the Song of the South, but if it's not then the style might be the Goon Show.
