not work ?
There was supposed to be a two-year interval for "software integration". During that time, CSC could have totally rewritten its software if necessary.
But the two year integration period was cancelled by the customer.
If the software was never integrated, of course it would not work, and wouldn't be able to be made to work. The error rate would rise, with little prospect of ever returning to its former low value.(It's not necessarily that here were many faults, or any faults, but there is obvious customer interference. If customer representative's idea of adding value is cancelling a scheduled two-year interval for integration, then it's unlikely the system will ever work, while that customer representative is still involved).
Wouldn't "gefingerpoken" activities directed at CSC be better spent identifying the moron who cancelled the two-year integration period ?
Why are they still being covered up for ? Are they still on the job ?
