Who is liable in a 3 car accident?

i was driving.. a traffic jam caused my car and the car infront of me to "stop"!...out of no where a car came and hit my car (from the rear) causing me to hitting the car that was infront of me.. the damage to the car infront of my was slight but compare to what the other guy did to mine... who is ultimately liable ?

The rear vehicle is 100% at fault and will owe for both your vehicle and front vehicles damages/injuries

The person that began the 'domino effect'.  You are a victim, just like the person in front of you.

Sounds like the vehicle that hit yours is at fault.

If no one was ticketed for the accident... you always have the option to put a claim in with YOUR insurance company. You will have to pay your deductible before you can get your car fixed... but your insurance company's claim center will do their best to find who is liable for the accident and to reimburse you for the deductible.
