Obviously Tendulkar, Sehwag is just a falmboyant batsman who plays with an element of luck, while Tendulkar has endured many years and has come out with an average of 55, they are just not comparable, not even close.

They are different players at different age. Tendulkar is a legend for the way he played throughout his careers. He's getting old now and he doesn't have the same spark as Sehwag does currently. So, right now Sehwag is a better player but overall Sachin is the best!!

well sehwag does play a lot like sachin, and even their build is similiar. Both are two of the best at playing cut shots, and back foot drives, but obiviously sachin is also one of the best if not the best on the front foot aswell. Sachin plays all over the wicket, and sehwag to a lesser an extent. However sachin hardly gives a chance to the opposistion, where as sehwag always does, but when sehwag is in, he is the most dangerous batsmen in the world.

Sachin to be honest is ridiciously talented, and is a freak of nature, the most talented cricketer ever. His technique can only be compared to Dravids and Kallis, however he is also more aggresive than those two greats. He can force the Issue, and take it down a gear or two, like all the greats.  Sehwag keeps his batting simple, and is always exciting to watch. He has no foot movement, and yet the ball still goes all round the park, his hand eye coordination is remarkable, the best hand eye coordination.

Sachin Tendulkar is the most tallented and skilled player the game has ever seen .Having tallent is not the only thing it is how u use it .And Sehwag is a   good batsmen but at times only.As far as consistency is concerned Sachin is far ahead after all u don't get 25000 runs with 81 centuries if u are not tallented.
