  2. only US citizen are allowed to get a US passport,

    if you are an US citizen? and have a criminal records on hold , any kind of parole? drugs related charges, you may not get a passport, late child support? cannot leave the country,

    Anyone whom the courts have ordered not to be able to leave the country (drug dealers, murderers), sometimes children whom the other parent does not consent to leaving the country.
