I vote for Akermanis - he was always the flashy player who waited 20 metres out of the pack to get the easy ball. Rarely did he go in hard and win it himself.

  1. Alan Didak

  2. well if the question was who was the most overpaid I'd go with James Hird so in a way I have to stick with that as the answer to who is the most over rated

  3. barry hall if he hasnt got the around him to make him look good he's very ordinary

  4. Anthony rocca, what has he ever done?, chokes quite a lot and not even close to his brother, cant run 20 mtrs without getting puffed out.

and for people saying Chris Judd is over rated?? he's won a brownlow, club best and fairest and finished just short of a second brownlow, plus a norm smith medallist-how is he overrated???............over HYPED ID AGREE BUT NOT OVER RATED.

  5. Player- Nathan Buckley.

    Coach, Mick Malthouse.

    Team, Collingwood.

  6. chris judd easily. he isnt as good as everyone thinks he is. the team is called carlton not chris judd. nick stevens should have got captaincy but instead they gave it to the cone head.

  7. Exactly what I was going to say!!!! lol

  8. Until he proves himself, Judd is the most overrated player atm..

  9. Its a toss up between Shane Crawford and Nathan Buckley .

  10. the whole collingwood team

    and especially travis cloke

they keep saying how good a player he is

but he misses the easiest goals

    and barely contributes

  11. Chris Judd.

I'm so sick and tired of the media portraying him as some sort of god. During the reports of the Carlton v. Bulldogs practise match on Friday night, they didn't talk about anything but him.

  12. Well I am a Swans fan but reckon Barry Hall fits the bill here but think maybe it is not his fault.  I seriously think his eyesight problems could be the reason for his bad form.  Actually I think he was the only player who wasn't given a rest on the bench in the 2006 Grand Final v. West Coast and maybe if he was put on the bench the Swans could have got up and won and he played like s....t all day and I have seen him in so many matches where he has let us down badly including finals matches over the past few years.   Can't believe anyone would bag Chris Judd especially as he left the Eagles and their drug problems.   I agree big time re Rocca.  His brother was much better.

  13. CHRIS JUDD!

Scumbag leaves us just so he can get more dosh

  14. Nathan Buckley, followed closely by James Hird and Barry Hall.

  15. Bret Burton (the bird brain)

only takes 30% of his high flying marks

he can take a very good mark but stuffs so many up

and goal kicking is way off at times

  16. Hird overrated? You people have no knowledge about AFL.

  17. DO NOT BAG JUDD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nathan Buckley easily!!! he was like some guys on WWE but he aint scripted!!

  18. First name that popped in my head when I saw this question was Peter Everitt. He was supposed to be the knight in shining armor for St. Kilda, then Hawthorn, now Sydney. I happen to think he would have been more effective at full forward instead of ruck. Seemed like up forward he could mark and kick a goal, kind of like Paul Salmon with his size at full forward, nowhere near a player as Salmon. Just my stupid opinion from America.

  19. All members of the Richmond team, in particular Bowden, Johnson, Richardson and Tivendale

  20. as for backmen go i would have to say darren glass {wce) and simon prestigiacomo (pies) how can you play football and only know how to handball it would interesting to know how many kicks a season they tally

  21. halls been good, he just had a bad season last year, the guys in his twilight so take it easy, bogan boy
