The British tax payer.  Why is an inquest needed though? She was in a car that crashed.  End of story.  It was ten years ago.  I think it's time to let her Rest in Peace and let it go.

The "tax payer" as usual and the cost will be enormous and at the end you will still not know the real truth, only what the government wants you know and of coarse no matter what the out come half the people will not agree and half will, so basically a big waste of time and money, But it will sell a few extr copies of the News of the World and the SUN etc.

Don't know the answer. But I do know the inquest is a pantomime paid for by the taxpayer. It's jobs for the boys. And of course no one will believe the outcome, so it's money lost.
