I am looking for a genuine service provider for second citizenship and Residency of europe or any othre country.

There are companies which aid you in gaining residence but it is generally the same as going through the consulate/embassy. The only place which can legally issue a visa for another country is that country or their representative (embassy, high commission etc). There is no such thing as purchasing citizenship. Some countries grant you residence through investment (but you must investment atleast $1 million usually). I only know of 1 country that sells passports (Tonga) but even in this case persons holding these bought passports are not citizens of Tonga nad still need a visa to go to Tonga. On top of that, these passports are generally not recognised by most countries.
