Who is "FEMA"? dot dot dot?

If they investigate me will they want to strip search me? Are the female officers attractive?

Serious who is fema? I'm from out of town. Like not USA town.

yes it's what they said up top o'here. fedral emergency management (something or other) all very serious stuff, y'know...harrr-rrr-humph! (that's seriousness talk)

they can't do anything execpt look important and make alot of speeches and sound real good and serious and like they are going to do something, but like all government agencies they are just pig fat and waste. time would be better spent dragging them all out and shooting them like the lowlife lazy fat cowards they are.

FEMA used to be the US federal agency that would swoop in after a grand scale disaster (hurricane, earthquake, major huge flood) and organize rescue, relief, and then on a longer term help rebuild. It was its own agency up until Bush and post 9/11. Now, its under Homeland Security and it focuses more on national security than humanitarian needs.

Historically they would show up at a disaster and finance some rebuilding. During the wake of Katrina, the financial offerings was less than a third of what it would take to rebuild to a conservative level. It wouldn't even pay for the materials. And when homeowners were offered a check they were told take it or leave it. There is no other offers coming and this will be all you get. Homeowners kind of said "your joking right?".

But yet when other "well to do" people have their summer house on the beach get swept away, FEMA pays out good, over and over and over. Some have rebuilt 10 times.... on a summer home... on the beach.

In short, FEMA is a joke.
