It depends on the context, but it looks like a scam.

I'm betting you recieved an email, telling you something would be delivered to you, and to give your details, passport photocopy etc, to prove who you are. Then you've been asked to pay someone through Western Union or Moneygram, and that they will deliver you said item when you pay them.

If i'm right, this is a scam. please take the time to go to the website above and file a report, so we can stop more people losing money this way.



Also please cut off ALL contact with this person, especially if they have all your real details.
