Who is really winning the Iraq War?

Iraq just signed a $3 Billion oil deal with China. Is this an indication that China is turning out to be the eventual winner of the Iraq War?.

China is not the first country Iraq will make oil deals with.  And for the record, the Iraq was is not something to be won but something to be managed.  We lost the war part years ago.  Now we are just managing our way out of the mess we created.

Offcourse we are we went in looking for weapons of mass destruction even thought there where none. Now we are builidng them a  democracy and making there goverment more powerful. There army and police force are coming together and insuregents provide little to no threat to them now.

Wait a minute,I thought you all were crying that the war was for OIL!Now that its a liberation exercise,your demanding that they have to pander to us?Sorry,but that's why the US is the greatest country ever,we're not like Russia.We have never annexed any country we have fought,and we never will.We will only import free market ideals and philosophy.There just is no making you happy is there?

The winners are those not directly involved in the war. They fueled the war with logistics and gained from the war and after expenditures. China is just one of the many.

Has China been fighting, no.  Does this prove we gave Iraq freedom, yes.

We are not. We are actually being thrown out of Iraq, who threatened to go to the UN to have us thrown out as they have their own government!

The war was started because Exxon and US Oil companies lost the oil contracts to Russia and France! Saddam hated Iran. Molokai, I will give you huge odds, will ally WITH Iran. He doesn't like us that is for sure!

Really! Didn't we take the whole top of Mexico which is now Texas, California, Nevada and New Mexico? Oh, that is only 1/2 a country!

We don't annex countries usually. We supply them with weapons to do our dirty work then we abandon them like we did in Afghanistan, Iraq, and even Ho che Minh in Vietnam. We just gave him arms to throw the Japanese out and after he did that we gave Vietnam back to the Colonialist French who got their butt kicked! That's was the start of the Vietnam war!

So the whole war, which was over oil, we totally lost! Pathetic so many had to die over resources that are not ours, and resources that will now NEVER be ours!

I am not sure whether China is winning or losing this war, but one thing that i know for certain is that America is totally loosing Iraq war.

The Iraqis won a government they now control.  The U.S. lost an enemy.

What are the enemies of the U.S. now?  Iran and some cavemen along the boarder between Afghanistan and Pakistan.

Right now North Korea has been neutralized with temporary bribes and with FARC vanishing (part of the U.S. war on terror), the Colombian drug trade might slow to a crawl.
