It depends on what you are referring to.  As far as your actions are concerned, you are over 18 and considered an “adult”, as far as paying for college, until you are married, have a baby, or turn 25, your parents income as well as your own are considered.

um 20 means we are big kids now.  only person responsible for a 20 years old is that person.  being in college has nothing to do with it.
