  1. Nothing like that .It is only a birth defect. No need to blame anybody.I suggest you also watch "Tare Zamin Par"

  2. it depends on many factors. First of all depends upon parents who give birth to that child. But we see many cases, parents, who are very clever and in top positions who doesn't have even a min. edu. for them.

And another is the child's own mental ability to cope up. Not only his parents, but he should also have a v.good mental strength. Although parents are educated and well settled, some children may not be having good mental strength.

Leave all those sir, a child is needed much support, encouragement, and also social environment. His education may also be affected by his school environment and even his mates.

  3. Parent/Guardian

  4. In the end it is the parents' responsibility to see to the child's well being. While some may argue that this also falls on the educators/education system, there are different styles of teaching. Some children will take to some styles better than others. The parents need to meet with the teacher to asses whether or not the teacher is doing a good job.

  5. the childs parents.

  6. both, the Parents.

  7. Do you mean that he has diffculty learning? In that case, the parents and school should work together to do what is best to meet his eductaional needs.
