Honestly I would say they were two different types of smart. It is difficult to compare intelligence when both men lived in completely different time periods from one another.

Honestly, I would go with Einstien, but mostly because Davinci kinda pisses me off.  He was a great artisit, I will give him that, but as an artist it kinda ruffles my feathers that he only created art to pay for his flambouyant lifestyle.  He didn;t paint because he was moved to paint, he painted because to prove he could do something good if not better than someone else.
