Who is stephen marcus accounting in new york, NY 10010-3657?

I received this on July 26th,2008. It also offered me the $2,160,000.00. I would like someone to not guess if if is a scam but tell me if they have actually looked into this and who do you report this to. The Internet says there is such a person and he does do Accounting. Thank you. Phone #s would be helpful also.

I got this same letter on July 25th, 2008.  I used a satellite to track the address and found that there is a Mailbox Etc. at that location. 303 Park Avenue South #1133, New York N.Y. 10010-3657. I got the phone number for it [phone]. If we keep working together we just might be able to bring these jerks down.
