I'm not sure, maybe their talking about jet, becuase he sells records. If you dont have Jet go to the inner inn on any day BUT days ending with 3 or 8, all the way to the top floor, and once your up the steps keep going straight, you will then come to a hallway with a couple of doors. turn left, and then go straight until you reach the tangerine box where Van sell's his stuff. Click 'A' on the right side of the box and a sprite with sunglasses and a colourfull hat will appear. after you can go to the harvest sprite tree and he will be with Guts behind the counter, and he sells records there..
