but especially for young adults and older adults to old age because it teaches you a lesson on regret and in the book it says "there is always a way to be good again" so its never too late to do something good.

I think there is no single target audience. The novel deals with basic emotions which are characteristic, irrespective of race, s*x, religion, etc. Therefore almost everyone can be a target audience.
