By rankings Phil, but there is something that prevents Phil from giving tiger competition, so I would have to say someone who isn't afraid to loose and is a good player who doesn't get intimidated so easily and that would be Badds!!!

Easy, Phil Mickelson is clearly the second best player.  Other guys take their turns, but over the long haul its clearly Phil.

Mickelson is ranked second, but the way Baddeley played in his 20 hole match with Tiger you've got to give him some props.  If he could have snuck a putt in on 17, 18, or 19 he would've won.

In my opinion the only golfers that can challenge Tiger now are:

Angel Cabrera

Henrik Stenson

Geoff Ogilvy

Padraig Harrington

Aron Baddeley  

The next best is probably Stenson the Sweed, he is young, super long, very good iron player, great putter, his down-fall may be nerves.

Phil and Furyk are excellent players, but neither have the tools to beat Tiger. Jim is just not strong enough. Phil is just too erratic, he tries too hard and nerves may be an issue.
