  1. Eq. 1) Chris Judd (WCE) - He can do it all, runs all day, racks up countless possessions, won brownlows, norm smith medals, already a premiership captain, and the scariest thing... Being 23 years old, he's only going to get better.

    &

Adam Goodes (SYD) - This guy is a versatile machine, like Judd, he can run all day. I can't seperate the two, because they're both unique players, and they're worth paying to see play when they're in top form.

    3) Scott West (WB) - Despite his age, he's the best player to pull on a Bulldog jumper since the late, great EJ Whitten. While he may be coming to the end of his career, he may yet have enough left in the tank to help his Bulldogs win their second premiership.

    4) Aaron Sandilands (Frem) - This is a biased selection on my part despite being an Eagles fan, Sandilands is one of my favourite players, and at 211cm and 125kg, the man mountain from Fremantle played an instrumental part in the Dockers making it to the Preliminary Final last year, is surprisingly mobile for his size too.

    5) Simon Goodwin (Adel) - Consistently good and has been for a while with the Crows. Also getting on in age, but in the absense of Mark Ricciuto for the first 7 or 8 weeks on the 2007 season, Goodwin will stand up in his place.

  2. 1. Jonathon Brown

    2. Chris Judd

    3. Adam Goodes

    4. Barry Hall

    5. Matthew Pavlich

  3. 1- fevola

    2- kouta

    3- murphy

    4-whitnall

    5- lappin

    Go the bLUE bOys!  /:)

  4. for me it goes like this

chris judd-the guy above said it all

johnathan brown-best centre half forward in the comp,is somewhat of a carey clone, hard, tough, great mark, will run up the ground, and a born leader/match winner

daniel kerr- hard under the pack type player and a ball magnet, probably unlucky not to have a brownlow even at this stage.

adam goodes-the best running ruckman/wing/centre with two brownlows to his name enough said.

scott west-unlucky not to have the highest award in footy, consistent year in year out-7 or 8 not 100% sure best and fairest winner at the dogs.

special mention brendon fevola best full forward and kick for goal in the comp-and yes i follow carlton :)

  5. In no particular order...

Adam goodes, Simon Goodwin, Chris Judd, Alan Didak, Jonathon Brown.

  6. Assuming everyone is fit

Johnathon brown- One of the best all time tall forwards

Jason Akermanis- Great at reading the ball and those freaky goals

Chris Judd- a great talent enough said

Spider Everitt- underrated as a ruckman the only one who is in his leauge would be adam goodes

Nathan Eggleton- another player who can turn a game by sheer weight of touches of the ball.

  7. No.1 there is no fight over it - Chris Judd. He runs, he guns.. he is a gun. If someone can do the impossible in Footy, its him.

No.2 is the Matty Pavlich. The ultimate kicking machine. He has to be playing an awesome season if Freo are going to win the Premiership

No.3 is the fiery Daniel Kerr.  One of the WC trio who is a wicked midfieler and isnt afraid to run the ball.

No.4 is my fav Nick Dal Santo. He can get out of anything and make it happen when he has the ball.

And last but not least Luke Ball. With him and Dal Santo, Hayes and many others it makes St.kilda's midfield one of the best in the competition

  8. Assuming they are all fully fit, here's my list:

1 - Chris Judd.  Getting to play 12 games a year on a dry track in Perth makes him look a lot better, but he is a matchwinner and a great leader.

2 - Jonathon Brown.  Unfortunately he's rarely fully fit, but he is one player very difficult for anyone to match up with.

3 - Adam Goodes.  The most versatile player in the league, and two Brownlows speak for themselves.

4 - Brad Johnson.  Even though he's rated he's underrated.  Has basically played a career out of position, and is still a champion.

5 - Dean Cox.  The best ruckman going around, and plays like a ruck-rover around the ground.  A big reason why the Eagles midfield looks so strong.

Guys like C.Cornes, Riewoldt, West, Kerr, Hall and Pavlich are just outside this list.

  9. 1- brendan fevola

    2- brendan fevola

    3- brendan fevola

    4- brendan fevola

    5- brendan fevola

    man is'nt he great!!
