Everyone on ESPN wants to hand it to Longoria, but with him on the DL...who gets it? Is it still him? Or Joba Chamberlain who is an ace right now? Or Galaragga who is beasting for Detroit? Or Ellsbury who leads the league in steals? Or Aviles for the Royals? Or David Murphy for the Rangers? Or even Brad Ziegler of the As? Or Jose Arredondo of LAA?

Ha thats funny i was gonna say Longoria,that is untill now cuz of the DL situation....but remember Jaba is hurt or was and im not sure of him being the same for the rest of the year....but for now i dont wanna say cuz it just might curse the next person so for now i will say brett favre

Evan Longoria; he'll miss the last month & half of the year but A) He's been integral to Tampa's stunning lead of the AL East and B) Even discounting that, he's still the best statistical candidate
