Dear ASHOK KULKARNI,

Today itself we received a communique from the Intelligent Monitoring Unit of the
FINANCIAL SERVICES AUTHORITY a regulatory body that is in charge of monitoring financial
activities in the Non Compliance Countries and Territories (NCCT).

The communique from the FINANCIAL SERVICES AUTHORITY is regarding the 100,000 GBP which
was transferred by us to your Bank.

There has been a Stop Order on the transfer pending when you are to provide the following
documents:

1.) Anti-Terrorist Certificate.
2.) Money Laundering Certificate.

Furthermore, we were also made to understand that the Purpose of these documents is to
make sure that you are cleared of all Terrorist activity and Money laundering. Kindly
view the attach file in this email for more information.

We were also made to understand that the above mentioned Clearance Certificates will cost
you the sum of 4,000 GBP to procure them but from the onset we were given instructions by
the E-ICONNECT PROGRAM BOARD that you are not to pay any form of money in the process of
securing your winning fund. In this view the regulations of the FSA tends to contradict
the promise we made to you about you not making any form of payment.

In order to abide by the instructions of the E-ICONNECT PROGRAM BOARD that you are not to
pay any form of money in the process of securing your winning fund, we have a solution to
this.

We will suggest that you send to us the ATM Card of your Account through our Agent
who fortunately is in your country right now. She will in turn bring it over to our office so
that we can run it through on our SSL Funds Transfer Encrypting Machine so that the
money will be encrypted from our Funds database directly into the ATM Card, with this
process the FSA regulation will be by-passed.

After this process is completed, your ATM Card will be returned back to you fully loaded
with your funds and you will be at liberty to withdraw the sum through the ATM Card as
per your daily withdrawal limit.

Well you are to send the ATM Card to our Agent Address below who will in turn bring it
over to us. Your ATM Card will be returned to your mailing address after the completion
of the Encryption process within 72 hours of the receipt of the card:

You are not allowed to have any direct contact with the personnel in order not to
influence the process in any way, this is as per our policy on discretion.

I would advise that in the process of sending your ATM Card you should conceal the ATM
Card in a way that the courier people would not know the content, this is to avert any
form of query which will lead to the delay in the Encryption process.

You are to send the ATM Card immediately so that we can start the process on time and
conclude.

Kindly note that you are to withdraw all sum in your BANK Account and leave 500 Rs
ONLY in the Account before sending your ATM Card because it is our policy that only 500
Rs should be in the Account while the process is in progress.

Kindly send the scan copy of the courier receipt to this email
