The best offers will depend on the which bank is offering the card. Both are accepted almost everywhere and if you have good credit there are a lot of different cards that offer great rewards. Check the site below.

i agree that visa is the most accepted in the USA

because it has no annual fee

American Expess.  Get no annual fee and the most cash back you can.  I have one of the "blue" cards.

Both are equally good. Just check for the one with the best current promotions and/or features.

Basically same thing.  Go for the one that will have no yearly fee and the lowest interest rate offer.
