Definitely not Phelps, his stroke is fly and im. I'd like to say Cullen Jones, cause  he did AMAZING at 04 olympics, but he didn't do so well at trials, Gary Hall Jr. also was good, but was owned at trials. Wildman-Tobriner is good, he's gotten a lot beeter. I'd have to say, even though it hurts, Wildman-Tobriner is the best. Even though I like Cullen Better. Also watch out for Bobby Boiller, he's an Up and coming star and my club swims against his club he's amazing at fly.
