I think Julius Jones would be the better option. Thomas Jones is only a decent back with a bad offensive line and no real Qb to take the pressure off of him. Thomas will only be an about 1000 yard rusher or less with about 6 touchdowns. On the other hand Julius has a better offensive line (even though they are aging) that helped Shaun Alexander become the league MVP three years ago and Seattle also has a good passing attack to back him up. So in conclusion you should use Julius as you #2 back!!!

Thomas Jones is in a semi-decent offesne, not as good as Seattle's, but has chance to produce if Pennington has a good season.

Thomas Jones is a very hard working RB.  The Jets realized they did not run him enough and ran him at the wrong times.  He will be worked into the offense a lot more this year.  All feature backs want the ball as often as possible, but Jones rarely got 20 carries last year, and didn't get thrown to very often.
