Does anyone know about the World’s Top Golfer. Can someone tell me the name?

He was second at the Open and the Masters, was instrumental in helping Europe win the Ryder Cup and like it or not, is the best golfer on the planet according to the rankings. It's hardly his fault he's injured either!

Westwood has hardly done anything recently to deserve describing himself as the world’s best player. He’s only finished one tournament since the British Open because of a calf injury and has yet to win his first major title.
