If I am thinking of the right commercial, his name is Herb Dixon.  He's a very well known Canadian comedian.  If you ever have an opportunity to go check out his stand up routine...Don't miss it, you will love it.  Seen him 2 now,  non - stop laughs.  He is well known for his impersonation of a "Harley Davidson"...omg... you'd swear there was a Harley parked on stage!!!!
