i dont know who the first artist is but its actually a nursery rhyme that kids sing in japan or used to anyway i think its more commonly called "Natsu No Ko"  you can go to imeem.com and listen to it being sung by "morning musume" i think but its not the original one. i am pretty sure that its mostly sung by children in japan(which i find funny seeing as its the song for a evil organization) its similar to what Kazuha sung in Movie 7 and its would be like Mary had little lamb and Twinkle Twinkle little star for people in America. anyway i hope this helps
