I honestly don't know any Bulgarian boxers, but looking online I found that Vladimir Kolev was a Bulgarian olympic bronze medalist in the junior welterweight division at the 1976 games.  He never turned pro.

Dont know of any current Bulgarian fighters but a fighter named Martin Krastev is considered the best pro boxer who's come out of Bulgaria. Bulgaria is mostly known as a great amateur boxing country and a fighter named Ivailo Marinov is supposed to be the best amateur ever from Bulgaria, he won gold at the 1988 Seoul olympics Bronze at the 1980 Moskow olympics. another more recent fighter from Bulgaria is the last guy who beat Floyd Mayweather in the amateurs, his name is Serafim Todorov he also goes by Gogi Todoridze, he won silver at the 1996 Atlanta olympics.
