Who is the best Rampage or silva ?

Even though he lost to another top fighter forest griffen this week I think Quinton Rampage Jackson is the best pound for pound fighter in the mma kingdom and not Anderson Silva who is regarded as the best,Who do you think is the best ,and if not one of these two who is?

I don't know,but there really good fighters.It's hard to tell who is better because there not even in the same weight class.

Rampage is my favorite fighter but he is not best pound for pound for the simple fact that he is not as technical as silva(and griffin as evident from the last fight). Rampage goes in there swinging with big power ready to knock out someone going after anyone.  That's why we love his style. Silva is more of a kick kick punch move and stay away type of fighter. He does stuff to win while rampage does stuff to "kill"(well knockout..lol).

If mma was based more on power and quality of hits..rampage would be best pound for pound.

Since Silva has yet to be defeated in the UFC and i haven't seen anything spectacular from Rampage yet i would have to say that Silva is definitely the better fighter.

Anderson Silva is a pretty amazing fighter - he's got killer strikes, a great clinch, and when he needs to he can take it to the ground with confidence...nothing against Rampage, but he doesn't have the rounded skill set that Silva has.  Of the 2 you mention, Silva hands down.

It must be said by someone - thumbs down if you want - but Forrest "Gump"  is a contender the top p4p now.  In his last 2 fights he's beaten 2 of the top 205lb guys in a really talented division - and both of these guys have been on lists as being in the top 5 p4p...
