Who is the best Star Trek Captain?

In my opinion its Jean-Luc Picard but that probably has something to do with star trek the next generation being on the box when i was a kid and Janeway just getting on my t*ts.

Jean-Luc was more "human" but Archer had to deal with things that the others didn't (less technology, more thinking). So I say Archer.

Picard for sure. Data made the show though, with out him TNG wouldn't have had half of the episodes.
