In terms of services to business/commercial websites? So in relations to monthly fees, space for storing your web files, traffic limits, supporting different web and database environments, availability and backup, fair terms and conditions, etc etc. A weblink to their site would also be most appreciated.

24 hour a day support via phone and only chat, very good alround.
