Who do you think is the best all around player (hitting, fielding, mentality, leadership, clutch) in the AL and NL?

    and yes albert pujols for sure.  im not sure a rod fits up to clutch as well but hes pretty good.

  5. A-Rod on the Juice? He's been hitting like that since he was 18. That guy works out harder than any other player. If you're starting a team tomorrow I'd take A-Rod over Pujols any day. Talk about steroids...coming up behind McGwire? Come on. A-Rod has always played a more demanding position than first base. Talk about extending your career...A-Rod and Josh Hamilton is starting to look pretty 5-tool, eh? Pretty impressive, but still go with AR.

  6. Albert Pujols is a force. He's put up the numbers season after season, numbers that exceed what anyone could expect from a baseball player.

    I'm going to add Ryan Braun as a phenomenal up and comer. He's poised like Pujols and his stats keep climbing. The Brewers are lucky to have this guy.

    I'm going to agree with you again on A-Rod. The man lives, eats and drinks baseball. He produces every year, he will go down as one of the greatest to ever play the game

  14. I would say a-rod and hanley ramirez. ramirez has speed unlike pujols and plays a more demanding position.
