Who is the best and relatively cheap Internet service provider(s) in Sydney Australia?

Well, I've been Optus for a third year now and personally, I love their quality of service. They provide free tech support 24/7 which is friendly and effective.

I also love their pricing, which is reasonable. For example, I am on a 2GB plan which is for $40/month. If you combine your Internet service with your home phone or mobile, you will be eligible for 'yes' Data which is bonus download allowance, twice the amount of your base allowance. The 'yes' Data will operate between 12am - 12pm, during this time I do my downloading.

They also do not charge you extra for going over the monthly limit, which is also what I like. All they do is they slow you down to half the speed of dial-up or a bit more depending on your plan until the next billing month.
