According to the olympics the best athletes come from China. However they are a communist country and those athletes actually have their sport listed as their occupation. So, they have all day to train unlike our American athletes.

If I had to guess who were the most conditioned athletes I would say that it is either gymnasts, rowers, or people who do the decathlon.
