dravid is not a good captain.His man management is horrible.Dhoni has just started his innings as captain..and IMO he will take India to new heights in all form of the game.Amazing ,in future he will be remembered as a better captain than a batsman or wicketkeeper.

at T20 and ODI level i think Dhoni is probably the better captain, however i think Dravid was one of the best Test captains india have ever had, so at test level i would place dravid above dhoni

Dhoni, by far. Look at what he has achieved in such short time. He may be a somewhat inconsistent batsman, but his captaincy is beyond his years. And he still has years of cricket ahead of him, to learn and become better and better.
