M.S.Dhoni. It was simply terrific the way he had marshaled his team in a tight situation in the last game (Mumbai Indians). The Chennai Super Kings had an awesome batting line up but not a good bowling line up expect for Murail, yet he's captaincy was too good and his decision to hold Joginder for the last over was excellent. Ganguly has always been a great captain for India but one can imagine the team without the services of Pointing, David Hussey and Brendon McCullum. Warne and Shewag has been a pretty good captains make no mistake about it, but its too early to tell about their captaincy.

Would probably have to go with a stand-off between Dhoni and Ganguly on this one. Dhoni is relatively new the captaining but has just come of a busy India schedule where he has captained in T20's, ODI's and Tests (filling in for Kumble) and done a marvelous job. Ganguly, one of the greats and a successful captain as well, but has been a while since and never done the T20 captaining. But he is experienced and respected and knows how to control and lead the team.

To go by the facts, I would say that Ganguly, Dhoni and Sehwag have done equally well in the IPL tournament so far, as all of them has won two consequetive matches in a row, without having suffered a single defeat. Yes, Warne also did reasonably well as the captain in their  first match, in which he managed to secure a victory for the Rajasthan Royals over the Punjab Kings XI. But Ganguly is always special as a skipper, because he has that enthusiasm, and that agression in him, which can enkindle every player to put up their very best performance. Dhoni, on the other hand, is an expert in T20, as captained the world cup winnimng T20 squad of India. He is cool headed, and possesses a good enough strategy to snatch the victoryu from the opposition. The IPL match between the Kolkata Knight Riders and the Chennai Super Kings on the 26th will be the decider of this question. It will be Dhoni against Ganguly, and it will show us that who is doing better as the skipper, and who is able to lead his team to victory. For the present moment, I will go for Ganguly, because he proved sustainable as a captain for a long time, and had proved his leadership skills in all formats of the game, and not just T20.
