Mine is Shane Warne Because the most under rated team

was Rajasthan in beginning of tournament, but performance

of Rajasthan is undoubtedly is the best in my opinion there

win against Punjab and Deccan is great example of good

captain ship of Warne.

Shane Warne, Sourav Ganguly  MS Dhoni and even Sehwag has done equally well as captains so far, because all of them has won 2 successive matches. But I have to agree that Warne's job has been tougher than the others, because he had to fight with the so called weakest side in the IPL, and still he managed to secure victory for the Rajasthan Royals. he had himself stated that it required a lot of strategic planning to do this job. But still, I would name Sourav Ganguly as the best captain of the IPL so far, because Kolkata may seem to be a strong team but actually it isn't. There aren't many big names, and even Ponting failed to perform well in both the matches. But still his captaincy has motivated even the ordinary players to put in their best efforts in the game. The Bengal Tiger  has that agression, and the enthusiasm in him, which makes him an ideal captain.

I do not know about cricket ,when you play at very high magnitude,no body is captain in hundred meter dash,or match of tennis your captain in you. In team sports if every body play to his extreme and do and die STATUS do not Think you need a captain. When India play you think Dhoni is captain,tandulkar or other senior players are also the captain when you play at above mentioned state you do not need a captain always when you play against underdog team they are all captains they will play to their full strenth and you can not figure it out what to do those underdogs if you give your team a chance  to play like a unit not indviduals they will perform like rock solid.

Shane Warne has really impressed me with the comeback he's plotted for his team. Incredible stuff. Dada is good too and so is Viru. Viru's attitude is amazing. He simplifies things a lot. I remember him saying something like "We need to score runs to win and the pitch doesn't matter. What matters is the fact that we're going to bat well and win this game".

I dislike Yuvi's captainship. And Kings XI is one of the weaker teams when it comes to points despite them having great players in their line-up. Yuvraj thinks Captainship is more like Laurel & Hardy. He thinks that laughing and not getting serious is gonna win them games. He has this ONE LAST CHANCE to prove himself as captainship material. Its a very well known fact that Yuvi & his Dad weren't happy that Yuvi was overlooked for the Indian team captainship job. And doing what he is, is certainly not gonna help him in proving his worth !

Definitely at this moment everyone will tell shane warne but it is too early to decide since a lot more left to go. Afterall this is cricket and anybody can fail any moment and anybody can shine any moment which is the fate of the cricket. But definitely VVS is not the best captain and Yuvi need some more experience. Bajji tries his best but emotional. Shane and Shehwag believe in themselves, the former in bowling and the latter in batting and the they can do the reverse also many (at) times.
