it is depend on personas mentality some where tell dhoni and some ganguly but in my opinion gaguly is the best caption and i am negleting dhoni also he also good but he is a learner of captainship.

Ganguly was a good captain. He had the passion to win. The team handed over to Dhoni was tried and tested to perform well.

After Dhoni gets the test captaincy, I 'll comment on Dhoni as captain.

Both have the capability to lead the team.But as far as their carrier is concerned dhoni is doing well right now that too with out any disputes with the co-players (seniors & juniors) and he succeded in rising the team spirit well in each and every player.
