Who is the best character on Family Guy?

I think Brian is funny. It's funny to me that the most normal and functional character in the show is the drunk dog that talks.

Stewie's the best, in that he's hilarious: he has that funky accent, he's a total b*tchy baby, his lines are the most well written, his jokes are the funniest... He's the only one who never fails me. All the rest of the characters toss out too many bad jokes, but Stewie's funny every time!

Brian's great, but he's pretty generic (save the fact that he's a dog)

I can't stand Peter or Lois or Meg (I swear that they all felt like rip-offs from other shows to me), but the other boy (forgot his name) is very funny in a cute way, and they don't do enough with him.

I can't stand the newscaster dude, Quagmire is sort of funny, and the red-haired Meg-stalker puts me in stitches half the time. The old guy that everyone suggests just doesn't do much for me.

HAHA i agree but i think both him and stewie r the most funniest characters. the dog's smart and funny in a sardonic kinda way and stewie is just so cute and cynical. Family Guy is AWESOME
