Well, I do love my Paula (everything she cooks up looks SO good)... but, from what I've seen Wolf Gang is a natural... he is beyond creative and has marketed himself well...

emeril has a pretty sweet catch phrase in "BAM!" and he can put flavor in food with the best of them.  hard to argue against that.
