Indiana State: 44-15

UCLA: 620-147 with a 316-67 record in conference play and 10 national champinships (including 7 in a row).

He also refused to let his team at Indiana State play in the then NAIB (National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics) tournament in 1947 due to it's policy of banning African-American players, this rule was recended the following year.

John Wooden (all time).  Adolph Rupp is a solid #2.  There has to be an asterisk on them for one reason and it is because there was not much parity in college hoops at the time and you didn't have to win as many games in order to win the ship.  If you won two games, you got in the Final Four back in the 60's...

To me its definitely John Wooden.  But others may say Lute Olsen, Mike Krzyzewski (Coach K), Dean Smith, Billy Donovan, or Bob Knight.  It's a lot easier to choose on the women's side since no one can even come close to Pat Summit.
