That depends on what you are looking for. They all have different skill sets to play in different systems.

I think as the reigning Heisman Trophy winner you have to put Tebow at the top of the list. He is the best player in college football right now, at any position.

Pat White is certainly a great college player but his skills probably won't translate to the NFL unless he develops a good passing attack. Right now he is more likely to be drafted late as a WR similar to what happened to Eric Crouch out of Nebraska years back.

Daniel is a good QB on a good team but I don't feel like he is really that special. His arm isn't that strong, he isnt that big or athletically gifted. If you are looking for a pure passing quarterback Graham Harrell out of Texas Tech is your man.

Best College Quarterback would have to be Sam Bradford of Oklahoma Sooners.Bradford has to defined the true term pocket quarterback.He doesnt play in a spread offense or options offense.The kid in his freshman year lead with the highest qb rating and highest completion percentage.He's gonna become the next John Elways.And he's gonna prove it by winning a national championship before its all said and done.
