it's Champ Bailey by far. To the guy above - he is what we call a  shut down corner. they don't throw the ball his way. thats the reason for his low INT and TACKLE  count

Without a doubt it has to be Champ Bailey.

And don't dock Champ for his numbers last season, it was one of his worst years statistically. The guy is a cornerstone for consistency and work ethic, unparalled when it comes to the definition of a shutdown corner in today's game. In fact, one of the reasons why Champ's numbers have declined is because teams refuse to throw to the receiver he covers, knowing it could end up in an incompletion, or worse -- an interception.

As for Antonio Cromartie, the guy got 4 or 5 interceptions in one game against the Colts. It may not be a fluke year for the kid, but he still needs to prove that he has game. Champ Bailey hands down.

Antonio Cromartie-  although Cromartie started just six games, his impact was profound.  He recorded at least one interception in each of the last three games and all 10 of his interceptions came in the team’s last nine contests. He was by far the best CB in the league during the second half of the season and he will only improve with time-
