Duncan Keith of the Hawks.  He's up and coming and will be a big part of what looks like the Hawks making the playoffs next year.

Another player who i think is under the radar is Joe Corvo of the Canes.  Of course he would've made the playoffs had he stayed with the Senators, but he got traded.

Brett Hedican and Frantisek Kaberle from Carolina

Dan Boyle would be my choice.  He's  a top 15  D-man when not having skates fall on his wrists. He never looked right this season after that freak accident and coming back too fast after the first surgery. But next season he should be back to his normal offensive self. If Tampa can just get a goalie to keep his +/- down.

I would also include Visnovsky (LA) and Kaberle&Kubina (TOR). Good defensemen stuck on bad teams.

Martinek on the Islanders seems very under-rated and a pretty good player.
