I would have to say that Chris Paul is the best ball handler in the league. He is the full package for the point guard spot. He is quick, he is an outstanding passer, and he is a solid shooter. Deron Williams also has these attributes. That is why Chris Paul and Deron Williams are on the USA Team because they are the top young point guards in the league.
