I would have to say Jean Balukas if she is still playing. When she was just a teen age girl she used to play with the men in professional open tournaments and she was usually in the top finishers. If I am not mistaken she even won a few against the men. She dropped off of the womens tour because of some controversy but if she was still on the womens tour I think that she would be the one to beat. Just google Jean Balukas and you will see what I mean.
